Being a seasoned citizen, I have found it difficult to remove the blade head for cleaning,also it does not shave close as a blade & shaving cream. Using water & shave cream doesn't make it any better. I don't like the trim head not built in, again difficult to remove shaving head & add the trim head. I would say I'm disappointed with the product. Should have saved my money.
Pros: looks nice, charges good
Cons: doesn't shave well

I have never had any luck with an electric razor in the past but I saw this device and gave it a try. It turned out to be a very worthwhile investment for me. I t works great in the shower using a moisturing based lotion and also works just a s well dry. I shave both my face and head with it and enjoy the results and no razor burn or nicks that I wwould occansionly get from my manual razors.
One tip I would like to give you guys is try dipping your razor in a bowl of rubbing alcohol and then shave. for me it just glides and provides a very clean , close and comfortable shave. It also leaves my face feeling very refreshed and clean and prevents any acne or blemishes.

Works well for my needs

I bought this product because I do not want to take time to lather up with shaving cream, so I use this razor on dry skin. It works well for the most part I just wish it would cut all on the first pass. It takes longer than I would like it to. So places like just under your nose the cutting edge does not get all of the hair. Overall the product does a good job.
Pros: can use it dry, does not hurt or cut skin no bleeding
Cons: does not cut all hairs on first pass, cannot reach tight places on face

this shaver has performed very well for me as long as you don't have a day or more as growth of hair between shavings it is a good economic design very comfortable to use but I have had trouble with the front power button plastic around my button has begun to crack and I worry about the water tightness of the shaver after a year of use I had to replace the shaver head which I consider pretty good if the power button had not failed I would have no complaints other than the understanding right this is not a heavy duty shaver if you have lots of hair to remove
Pros: well designed
Cons: not good for lots of hair

Worst performing electric shaver I have ever used

I have used Norelco shavers for many years and have been satisfied with their performance. The 1150X looks good and is easy to use but it shaves so poorly that it is almost useless. I have used it for over 7 months and hoped I would find a way to make it work but it is no use. My older Norelco was a better performing product and cost a lot less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've owned several Norelcos. I'm happy with this one. One reason I bought it was for the battery status indicator. it hasn't lit yet so I don't know if it's working or I haven't run it low enough.
If I had a complaint it would be that the body is slippery when wet.
