This razor does the best job of any I have owned. It charges quickly and the charge lasts a long time. It is easy to disassemble and clean when needed. After I had owned the unit for about six months the hair box and head unit would fall off while I was shaving, this problem was reported and handled under warranty. No further problems have arisen and I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a close, quick shave.

This product is easy to handle by design and I like the ability to use wet or dry. The cut is close, but in some areas it is not as close as a razor, but has nothing to do with the product, but the human body design. I like my razor and will continue to use it until it is time to buy a new one, Good Product!

I like the ease of use and design. It does a good job on a medium beard but seems to lack enough power on heavier beards. I use it in between blade shaves. Great for those in between mornings when you want to shave with the Phillips without having to do a complete blade shave. That was my purpose in getting the product and am totally happy with it. It does what I wanted it for.
Pros: great design and charges fast
Cons: needs more power

Overall, a good razor. This unit does not seem to cut as well as my previous Norelco (with individually changeable blades) but it is still does well. It is inconvenient to have to pull the shaving head off to put on the trimmer head on (vice have a pop-up mechanism). Constant exchanges may cause the mating joint to fail. Water washup is great!

Modernistic and attractive but does not give a good shave

I have had a great deal of trouble getting a close shave . All in all I am very disappointed with this product. I have used Norelco razors for years and this is the first time I have had trouble. I am having to resort to using a disposable blade razor and I hate that.
Cons: i am thinking of returning it to the store

Great product, but not as good as I was led to believe.

I've had this product for 4 months now and I have solely shaved with it every morning for work. From the product reviews and description I was led to believe that this product would provide a smoother shave than a regular razor. I have yet to see this happen. There is definitely less irritation on my skin by using this product, but it lacks the "smooth" feeling after I shaved with a regular razor. Despite the one detail, I still enjoy the product! It has a great battery life, provides a smooth enough shave for working in food industry, and has a lot less mess than a normal shave would create (i.e. shaving cream and a messy bathroom counter). Thoroughly enjoy this product, but wish it was as good as it was advertised to be.
