I have had Norelco rrazors for years and have had good results with the rewults with shaving but this razor does not cut close. It takes too long to get an acceptable shave.

I should have paid attention when I bought this shaver. It recharges in about an hour and a half, but it won't work with the cord when the charge is out. Because the shaver just quits without warning when the charge is gone this is very inconvenient. It appears that Phillips wants customers to buy more expensive shavers because this one is lacking in features. I would not buy one like it again. By the way, there is no case, no head guard, and no cleaner included.
Pros: reasonable price
Cons: lack of features

The only drawback is that when charging, it apparently flashes as it it charging and solid green when it's done, then turns off to save energy. I never know if it has really charged or not. I guess I'll just have to trust it.
Pros: comfort
Cons: charging light confusion

After the first charge, I got 16 days of shaving. My previous was only good for 5 or 6 days. Then had to re charge. Just before I purchase this new one, it was only good for 3 shaves.
