This is my third one and as with the others it has been very good so far. The only thing that I have noticed is I tend to shut it off without meaning to do so while shaving. Perhaps the button is located differently or easier to activate.

I have used Norelco shavers previously and like them. Although this model can be used wet or dry, it is difficult to use wet and more efficient to use dry.

I am satisfied with my purchase of my new Philips Norelco razor. I get a full months shave with one charge. The razor run much quieter than my previous razor and gives a very close shave.
Cons: base does not come with shaver

Have owned a number of shavers over the past few decades and I think that I am able to judge the quality of a shaver due to years of experience. The performance of the 4100 shaver is as good or better than any of my previous more expensive shavers. It is fast, efficient, non- irritating, and not noisy.The trimmer also works well.

I was not sure about the idea of using shave cream with an electric shaver, but IT WORKS, and really well. This product is well worth the price and I would recommend it without hesitation. Philips products have never let me down, they always exceed my hopes.
