The design and ease of use are very good. Actual shave is only good, as it does not cut close and smooth (used daily, but only about two months old).
Have purchased a similar model Norelco every year for past 10 or so years. Have always been pleased, but not so this year. Requires multiple passes to get a close shave.
Pros: design, ease of use
Cons: shave is average
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the 3rd cordless shaver I have had over the last 10 years. And is by far the most powerful. I can shave every 3 days and it will not pull wiskers at all. Have not tried in shower or with shave cream yet. I find myself charging before light comes on. Have not seen low battery yet.
