Norelco shavers have given me a smooth, close shave for the latest model and previous models. They are the best in the class of electric shavers. Design is excellent, easy to hold, and move across my face. I wouldn't use any other brand.

This is my first electric razor, and I like it. Decent battery life. Easy to clean. Easy on the face and I have sensitive skin. My only complaint is that it doesn't provide a very close shave, especially on curved areas i.e. my jaw line. It shaves nicely but my wife likes smooth skin and this just doesn't provide it. If it did I'd give this a 5 star rating all the way.
Pros: battery life, ease of use, easy on skin
Cons: not a close shave

poor instruction manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's 2018 folks. Why cant we find out in the instruction manual weather or not the shaver/batteries will be damaged if shaver is left plugged in after full charge is reached?

This is my 3rd shaver of these 3 head type. It not close as I would like I have to use a safty raser after each use. Runs slow for being at full charge.
Pros: easy to grip
Cons: slow running at full charge
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my fourth or fifth Norelco over my lifetime. They have all done a decent job of shaving. What I noticed right away with this one is that when I open the head to run it under water, the plastic seems to have a new coating on it which makes the rinsing fast and effective. I used to have to move it all around to get all the shavings out, but this one makes it slick.
