I purchased the At921 and have regretted it ever since. This shaver does not give even a half decent shave. You have to go over and over again in the same place and it still does not get all the hairs cut. I have to go over with a razor to get all the hairs this piece of junk leaves behind. It should be a criminal offense to sell this as a shaver. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK !!!

Cons: does not give any where near a clean shave !

OK product. Terrible registration process.

Registration process requires you to create an account. Alternately you can use Facebook or Twitter but not everyone is on social media. When you enter the model number (ex. AT810) as printed on the razor you're asked whether you have AT810/41 or AT41/SP which doesn't appear anywhere on the product. So you have to call the 800 # and somehow (magically) the contact person knows your model #. Huh? In addition, while completing this review there is a box to indicate whether you want to receive promotional communications. However it is not a "required" field. Any guess as to what the default is if you don't choose?

Very good shaving with taut skin only, not soft.

The Pop-up Trimmer is not stable enough when one uses it for its purpose such as trimming the sideburn one. It collapses too easily and is not effective in trimming so I use another older shaver with a better trimmer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
