I've received this shaver as a gift and as I have had use of an older model, I was quite pleased with the new features this model provides. I really like that I can use it while I am in the shower, the ease of cleaning and well, it is a well designed shaver that saves me time in the morning. I may never use a razor again! Kudos to your design department.... they have it right!!

Very close shave. Seems to be a powerful razor. The only thing I miss is having a charge monitor. For money, there should be a way to see where the battery is at.

The product started out "whisper quiet" and it is very noisy, now. I have removed the cutters, brushed clean and reinstalled. I did not changed the noise. Additionally, the shaving quality has decreased. I think the product is starting to failed and after about three months it is way to soon.

I've gone back to your original design shaver with the built in trimmer.I had purchased one of your more expensive models with the detachable heads. Very bad choice on my part.I had nothing but problems with that design.I like the old saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it" .This design is still the best.Don't mess it up.
