Previously been using a BIC Single Blade Sensitive Razor & thought I'd try this product. Even after 45+ days of using the shaver on a average of once every other day the shaver is still leaving many red blotches on my neck area that feels like burns all waking hours.. resulting in a constant red spotted neck. To be fair the neck skin is loose in that area, and I do try to stretch it while shaving. The speed of the 3 blades seems very slow even when fully charged, and I've never seen a low battery light, or any indicator light other then the blinking charging light. I recharge the unit once a month. (after about 32 minuets of use). Truth be told I can dry shave with less discomfort, during & after when it comes to the neck area. The cheek area shaving seems OK using this shaver, wish I could say the same for the neck area.
Easy to hold easy to use but don't shave very close and I have to go over the same spot 20 times. I

I don't know if it's the shaving heads that are the problem or my hair is too course but my old Norelco did a much better job. I like the fact that it's easy to hold and use but would like to try a different set of shaving heads . The case to put the shaver in is much cheaper than the one I purchased thirty years ago . This shaver looks very nice and I like the stand charging base .It don't seem to cut as close as some others but overall its not too bad.
Pros: can use wet or dry, can take it anywhere, fits well in your hand without slipping out
Cons: it don't seem to cut as close as an older model i, it nolonger comes with a leather case .
