Just got this as a Christmas Gift and starting using a couple weeks ago. Razor works great so far. Quick to charge and lasts for a while on one charge. Great that you can use in the shower. The shave is fairly close (not as close as a razor yet), but I assume this will improve as I get use to using the razor. Very nice product.
Pros: can use wet or dry, quick to charge, easy to clean

I like the razor but need to use shaving cream in order not to develop a rash on my neck.
It is a great feature that it can be used with cream otherwise I would not keep the razor.
First electric razor in 50 years. Last one was a Norelco with two heads in the 1960's.

Having trouble with the shaver, sometimes stops while I am shaving, have to start again, only happens once in a while (it will happen 3 or four times in a minute) then won't happen for three or four days in a row

The product is a nice design. It lacks the spin speed to blade sharpness for cutting in one shave over an area. You have to shave over an area multiple times to cut the hair.

I like that it's rechargeable and able to rinse it off after use. It seems to be a little easier to use since it's cordless. I do not feel, however, that it shaves quite as close as the older one I had.
