I tried this product about ten time so that my skin could adjust to it
The major problem is the two sizes of openings in the head, one small and round, the other wide wide and narrow. The one for cutting longer hairs is the one that would cut into my skin. I am past the warranty so I have quit using it and don'care to try again. My old Electric does no better so I have returned to manually shaving.

Let me start by saying I always have my skin irritated when using electric shavers. I thought I give it another try after so many years. I read the instructions and it said give 14 days for your skin to get used to. I gave up after about 11 days. Blisters and irritated skin. Great looking product and great features like shave with wet and foam. But not for those with sensitive skin.

I never could believe that electric shaver could shave as smooth as your shaver. Having the capability to shave using a moisturizing shaving cream leaves my face incredibly soft and feels like I have the smooth face of when I was a teenager. Incredible. I love this shaver and now shave daily with no more abrasions or dry and sensitive skin.
Pros: incredibly close shave., super soft and smooth skin., allows for use of any shaving cream while shaving.
Cons: no cons with this product i simply love my shaver

Worst shaver I have ever owned, does not shave close hits and misses when it does shave. Does not do any better when you use it under wet application would give it back in an instant!!!
