bought this for my father who barely has a beard and it can't cut it. i have to go over and over his face - very poor product. wish i could get his money back and buy another brand.
Cons: price too high, poor performance, bad battery life - no zip at all

Did not get all facial hair

I was very excited to try an electric shaver. I used to shave once every other day with my Gillette mach3. I now need to shave every day and find many spots throughout the day that just did not shave well after going over the same area many times. I have not given up though. I am going to try one of the higher priced Norelcos to see if there is a difference.
Pros: cool design
Cons: missed hair, more frequent shaves thank conventional razor

I have used a Phillips razor for years. I needed new blades for my razor. My wife told me to just buy a new shaver so I did. Decided to get the wet/dry. I don’t believe that I get as good a shave now as I did before.
