What a shame to have a brand name as great as Philips on this razor... it shouldn't even be on the market! For the price of it, I figured it would do the trick... but what a piece of junk!!!!!! Sadly, I did not keep the packaging so it cannot be returned. I am done with Philips!!!!!

One has to be extremely careful when cleaning or the guts spill out of the head onto the floor or into the trash can!
There are about 9 small parts in the head including 3 ill-fitting floating heads that only go ONE WAY in the frame. If your shaver falls apart expect quite a bit of lost time as you try to reassemble everything.
What a HORRIBLE design!
