I've had various models of this razor over the years and for me they work well. This latest edition seems to pick up longer hairs better so if I go a few days between shaves I don't have to get out my other brand shaver to get the "longies".

Lost my last one on a vacation, went and bought the exact same one. Gets the job done in a few passes which is better than all my previous shavers. Never get hairs ripped out, blades have lasted me 6 months now and havent needed to be replaced. Battry life is good as well.
Recently lost my charger for it, hoping it's easily replaced.
Pros: battery life, long lasting blades, close shave

I was concerned about razor burn but it didn't happen. Works great on throat and else ware on the face. Don't like moving it in circles on face and head. It's a little difficult going over scar on throatl

tried dry and wet both ways..bit cumbursome to clean.. so probably will stick to dry.
bit hard to clean especially the piecese comes aprt when open the top part of shaver to remove debris. the turn lock is kind of loosen up and does not hold position while cleaning but other than that during shaving is okay.

Pros: charges fast & hold as specs, smooth does job well, good case and size
Cons: messy to clean especially when wet, tiny pieces fall apart takes time to put back, need better cleaning tool

Perfect manual razor replacement

After just one use, this electric shaver performed just as well as my manual razor, and I even used it dry! There's barely any tug and pull; it just glides smoothly across my face. It's also very easy to clean, and there's no worry about getting it wet, because it's 100% waterproof! I would definitely recommend Phillips' line of electric shavers.
Pros: easy to clean, great performance, 100% waterproof

I bought this without too much hope that it would be anything even remotely close to a blade shave. My latest blade experience was this six blade thing that I picked up, just out of curiosity, to see if anything was better than the Mach 5/Fusion. It was. And so is this. Well ok, maybe not better, but a surprisingly close shave for an electric. I thought I would have to spend top-of-the-line money for a top-of-the-line shave... nope, wrong again! The AT810 did a fine job!
Pros: cost effective, close shave, quiet

I agree with the previous fellow, so far in four year I have change the head or cutter 3 times plus the one that came in the box so that mine 5 times.I must be stupid to keep this piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
