This was a replacement for a Norelco 7885XT shaver. The 7885 had Nicad batteries that didn't last very long. Was then used on the power cord. The 830, shaves great, but miss the travel pouch,(not Included). The charger cord seems a bit long, and is straight not coiled. The pivot head is a plus. Should design battery replacement easy for the customer to do if ever necessary.
I am very disappointed with this product. I have used it wet and dry and neither way seems to shave good. I shave over and over the same places on my face and you can't tell I have even shaved. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Every few years or so when I need to go out and buy an affordable electric razor they just get cheaper and cheaper. Using these electrics for about 20 plus years or so. This one is the absolute worst yet! Ended up going to One blade, which has far more power and better shave results.

READ THIS: Impossibly Long Battery Life

I felt compelled to come to this site and leave a review. I lost the charger to my Philips Norelco electric razor during the beginning of quarantine.....in FEBRUARY. I am writing this review in AUGUST to say that it has STILL NOT RUN OUT OF BATTERY. The low battery light has been on for the last FOUR MONTHS, yet I can use this razor to get my face ready for virtual meetings in under 60 seconds. I am convinced there is something more than science going on inside of my electric razor, because this razor ALWAYS TURNS ON. Simply amazing!
so far so good l'm a 40yr. plus user of norelco razors. I like the new model but i keep waiting for the blades fall out like the last one i had. I also don't like the fact that I have to take the shaving head off to put on pop-up trimmer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this electric razor continuously since Nov. 24th of 2013. This is the best electric shaver I have ever used (EVER).....AT810 Aquatec.
I'm sorta upset. I bought it to shave and it won't work.

I literally used this shaver two times and that is no exaggeration. I attempted to use it for the 3 time and it would not turn on amd would no longer charge. I am extremely disappointed with Norelco Electric razors this is the 2nd Phillips Norelco Electric razor that I have had the same exact problem with. The thing that makes me so made is my facial hair barely even grows so it's not like the razor had a hard time cutting my baby face facial hair.
