I'm still getting used to using an electric razor so I'll be more comfortable with the results in a month or so

A great shave for a first time Norelco user

I am impressed with this razor. I just purchased this razor today and i had about a 3-day growth. My old razor would not have made a good attempt at giving a clean, smooth shave. First time and this razor gave a shave almost as close as my blade razor.
I've been using Norelco for many years, so I know it is a good product. I've had this shaver for only a month or so and can't say it is better than my other Norelco shaver that it is replacing. My old one is still working. Both are great.
I have used Norelco/phillips before and this one is just as good
I would recommend this to a friend!

battery won't charge after 3 mo. of low use

always ran slow, so suspected problem. battery now won't charge. warranty issue... hoping to be resolved

I like the shave I get with it. It is balanced and contoured to fit in my hand. to give control while shaving . It also has a non slip grip surface that is cushioned to the touch . The floating head is solid and still flexible to my face for a solid sound shave. . Price was excellent for such a fine razor . Especially it being to shave dry or wet !

Easy enough to use and works well for quick in between razor shaves

I find that it nicks the heck out of the skin on my neck past/below my chin and aove and around my adams apple, every time. My guess is that it is because of my skin not being as taught as it used to be. I am 70 years of age. Otherwise it is a pretty good performer. Would not recommend for older folks like me.
