Shave heads are painful.

Shave heads are painful... tends to 'grab' the beard rather than cut. I've replace the head and even the replacement has the same performance. Would recommend against.

It's possible that the shaver has not been giving a close shave because the shaving heads have become dull. Thus, we suggest replacing the shaving heads once a year, if you haven't done so already. The blades might become dull more quickly, however, if you have denser facial hair. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a twenty year old rotary and prob should have years ago. New one is cordless and holds a charge that easily lasts me a week. Very happy I chose the 7000 series.

i bought 2 phillips razors in a 30 year peroid.. so what does that say about a product.. thr only down side.. do not let anyone else have access to your personal items.. to drop it or damage it.. look after the phillips razor it will last you a lifetime... my replacement was the aquatouch.. again.. a very good buy and a long lasting product.. after 13 years i wanted to buy a new charger.. not that the other one was defective or not functional.. because the cord had showed some sign of wear. the 8505 charger is used in many recent designs and as such somewhat universal to the product line.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product lasted 19 years!!!

I bought this shaver on 04/30/16, I changed blades only one time, and it lasted until two days ago. This shows the quality of the products that you sell. Congratulations!!! I bought Philips Norelco Shaver 5400, and I liked it very much. I am aware that shaver 4100 is discontinued. However, if there is a chance to purchase the battery, I will do so. Please, let me know.
