Its slick, smooth ..close shave, and I have ruff legs, makes my skin soft. I have shaved 8 times already on my legs- which can take awhile, still havent had to charge it ! I love it

Look at the Blade Head Caps. More Holes Better!

Good Shaver but... may want to look at the blade caps. My model 4000 series has no holes in the middle, thus not a great shave. But, when I changed them out with new replacement caps (same as older Philips shaver) with plenty of holes across the whole surface, got a MUCH better shave, hair capture & decapitate rate. These should be Standard on this razor.
Excellent for a quick shave in the morning, can get several days from one charge as well

Please know this is not the longevity we are aiming for our products. Therefore, we would like to offer some trouble shootings. First, please make sure you are using the original charger that came with your purchase. Moreover, make sure the energy saving mode feature is deactivated. To check if your shaver's energy-saving mode is on, try unplugging the charging cord and plugging it back in the shaver again. This will prompt the indicator light to start flashing again. You can now be assured that your shaver is charging. Finally, make sure you charge the appliance for 1 hour and try different outlets.
