I have always Philips products and have always very satisfied ,but this razor does not give good shave and as a result I have to shave twice a day , Very poor cutting heads
have to keep going over and over and still don't get a clean shave .
I would really prefer return this shaver and replace it with one that works and also up grade to better model repectfully

the head holding the razors collapses after a year

After a year, the head section that holds the razors collapsed, and I need to keep pushing it in to place before I can use it again. As a result gave minor cuts.
Pros: ablility to use it wet
Cons: the head collapses and it happened to all of them
