I have my shaver only 3 weeks. I don"t think it is working properly. I have spoken to customer service and they are helping me.

Been using shaver for about a month or so and notice stubble by early afternoon. So if I going anywhere in the evening I'm required to shave a second time. The charging stand is a pain......just plug cord into shaver.
I've been using a Norelco rotary razor for many years. I recently replaced my last one because I wore it out after 10 years of daily use. I can't stand the razor blades and handles and I did have a foil shaver that I used before trying the rotaries. I used to call the foil razor "Jaws" for the way it kept bitting me. I wouldn't use anything other than a Norelco rotary razor.
Very reliable and gives an very close shave. Would buy this product again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why did you all stop making this very good shaver your new shavers don't shave close made cheep. Have been using Norelco for close to 30 years don't know what I am going to do. Have bought as gifts for others no more of that. My rating is on this shaver with the triple heads only.
