I replaced a previous norelco, and cant beleive how much quiter and easier it is to use

Cons: seems to tip over in charging stand but thats not

Although this shaver is well designed and easy to use, after less than one year it failed to be recharged. If you can't rely on it, no matter how well designed it is, it is worthless.

I personally don't have a lot of facial hair, and this product works fine for trimming the moustache. It sometimes runs against my nose when I try to trim the area above my lips, but that's understandable.

I needed heads for my older model 8240 which need heads. retail price for head replacement was a trade off buying a new model. I find the new one gave a great shave the first week however had decline in offering a better shave versus the older model with older heads. The problem is the head cutting edges now after weeks of use take twice as long as the day I started using the new model.

Cons: cutting performance
