I had to return this razor after many many attempts to reseat the blades after cleaning.
This new style of head is awful compared to the easily cleaned older style

My wife gave me the razor as a borthday gift and so far it seems to be an excellent product. I charged it and I use it every other day. I haven't had to charge it since and it works great.

received as Christmas Present, have used every day since, works great on face and chin areas, fair on neck and under jaw, not as close a shave in these areas as I would like, still use razor for touch up.
Pros: close shave on facial area
Cons: not so hot on area of neck and under jaw
