This is my first electric toothbrush. I could not be happier as this has performed better than I could have expected. It cleans and shines your teeth, cleans your tongue and freshens your breath. Does it all in a prescribed time. I have two bridges and a couple of caps and it does no harm while cleaning. This is so wonderful. I would recommend this toothbrush to the whole wide world. Love it, love it, love it!

Clean teeth, but pricey to keep up with.

I have never used an electric toothbrush before receiving the Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush in exchange for writing a review on the product. It took me a few days to get used to it. The first few days I ended up with toothpaste all over me and my bathroom because I kept turning it on before putting the brush in my mouth. I was also a little annoyed by how the vibration of the brush would tickle the roof of my mouth and tongue. I was able to minimize this by brushing with my mouth closed. I do like the small profile design of the charger and the ease of connecting the brush to the base. You simply set the brush down on a small peg in the center of the charger. One thing I loved was the small head design. I have a fairly small mouth and sometimes have a hard time getting a regular sized brush to the back of my mouth, however I was able to brush all the way back with no problem. It also does a great job of cleaning my teeth and tongue. My mouth feels incredibly clean after brushing! It also seems to take far less toothpaste. The design is clean and the brush feels good in my hand as well. Sadly though the replacement heads are very pricey so I`m not sure this is a long term choice for me.
Pros: small head size
Cons: pricey to replace heads

I have been using this product for 1 week and really love it. I am not sure I would have ever purchased one, but since I received a free sample of this product, in exchange for a review, I couldn't pass it up. I have found that my teeth are cleaner than they were when using a regular toothbrush. At the end of the day, my teeth still feel clean. I am sure it does a more effective job of cleaning between my teeth also. I highly recommend this product!
Pros: easy to use and works great!

I received this product for free in exchange for a review. This is the first electronic toothbrush that I have used. It does take a little time getting used to it when you have been using a regular toothbrush. It made my mouth feel like I had just left the dentist's office!. I was surprised at how much cleaner my teeth felt using this versus a regular toothbrush. I do have quite a bit of dental work (bridge and multiple crowns) and that area was a little sensitive at first when using this brush. However, after using it for a week or so the area became less sensitive. I highly recommend this toothbrush!

To start, I have received this toothbrush as a sample in exchange for my honest review. I have never owned or used an electronic toothbrush ever so I was excited to try it, I must say it takes a time or two to get used to. It is a weird feeling but the vibrating brush-head isn't painful at all and makes my teeth feel so clean even after the first use. The battery seems to be good quality and lasts long and it is really easy to charge when needed. It has easy to understand directions and there is nothing to the set-up of the toothbrush or the cleaning of it. It has a cool smart timer on it if you want to use it to remind you of how long to brush each quadrant and ensure thorough brushing. The brush head seemed small at first but for me was not an issue and it makes sense for this electronic brush. The bristles have some color on them that will fade when it is time to change the brush head which is an awesome reminder and there were coupons in the box for more replacement brush heads as well as other products if you are interested. All-in-all I really like this toothbrush and feel as though it really cleans my teeth well with minimal effort!
Pros: very easy to use and clean, work well-makes my teeth feel so clean, great features

A somewhat good investment

I was very pleased to have the opportunity to try the Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush. After seeking the advice of my dentist, I as told that the electric toothbrush is more effective and powerful then the battery operated brush I was previously using. There were some noticeable pluses to the product. I really liked the extra long handle that allowed me to reach all the corners of my mouth and thoroughly clean my back teeth. I like the pulsing and polishing vibrations of the bristles. I really did feel like I was achieving a deep down cleaning every time I used it. It was also surprisingly gentle on my gums. On the down side, the toothbrush took a very long time to charge and lost it's charge way too fast. he charger and the cord were a little unsightly and awkward to leave out on the counter. The head of the brush can't be secured to the base very well. It always comes loose. The brush refills aren't easy to get and need to be ordered online. Overall I think I will stick with my battery operated brush for cost and usage efficcincy
Pros: extra long handle to reach the back of your mouth
Cons: takes a long time to charge very loud

Simple and easy to use

I received this toothbrush for free in exchange for my review. I had an electric toothbrush a few years ago and had stopped using it since the vibrations were very strong. It was uncomfortable to use. I was happily surprised how much easier this toothbrush was to use. The vibrating was a little strong initially, but I got used to it very quickly. At first, I thought the brush head was very small, but after using it I realized there is a purpose to it. A small brush head makes it much easier to reach places you can't with a regular toothbrush. I find the charging process to be very simple, and the charging base is very small which is another bonus. My previous charging base was a bit bulky. Overall, I recommend this item due to its ease of use and quality.
Pros: easy to use, small charging base, short charging time
