The Sonicare 2 did not have the excellent performance and design as the Sonic Flex care electric toothbrush

I bought the Sonicare 2 from a Department store sale thinking it was the same or next to the same as the Sonicare Flex toothbrush. After using the Sonicare 2 I saw dark grayish color where the brush part that connects to handle on my sink, paper towel and eventually in my mouth. The design was not good since it appeared to have some grinding of the metal from handle to attached brush.
My overall review for Sonicare 2 is poor design.
I STRONGLY Recommend the SONICARE FLEX TOOTHBRUSH since I used it for almost 10yrs. Always reliable, excellent design and features, fast clean, full clean, massage, brushing settings. My dental appointments always showed good. No dental cavities!

Teeth feel clean after using this toothbrush. We had to get accustomed to the high frequency sound it makes as it cleans, but compared to another electric toothbrush, the sonicare feels like it is doing a good job. I look forward to going to the dentist and see how I've done in keeping my teeth plaque free!
The only concern I had was that my first brush came loose from the body of the brush, and would not stay connected. So I needed to start using a new brush head sooner than I needed to replace it. I used the one less than 2 months.

Philips Sonicare 2 Series plaque control HX62 works great, in fact the best of any electric toothbrush I've tried. My dentist recommended the Sonicare and I bought it immediately. The sonic vibrations take a little getting used to. For me it caused me to salivate more than usual at first, but that effect has subsided with more use.
Pros: cleans teeth best of any i've tried

Clean Feeling

I received a free sample in the mail. I expected a typical vibrating toothbrush. After the first use, I discovered it's quite different. The first time using is off-putting, but after you learn the appropriate pressure and technique, it feels like a massage. I noticed a cleaner feeling after using. Toothpaste falls off easily. It's a little bulky. It seems like the best results would come from a grittier toothpaste. I will continue to use and will probably get more attachments. I have no plans on going back to a manual toothbrush.

I received this toothbrush as a free sample to test out. Overall, the toothbrush seemed to clean fairly well. The tootbrush buzzes to let you know when to switch to a new section of your mouth (i.e. Upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left) and then shuts off. I would always have to turn it on again and use it a little longer to make sure I feel like I finished the job. I have sensitive gums and the toothbrush does a good job of not being too rough. The back and forth motion of the head, which I like, is a little different from other electric brushes I`ve used.

I received a free sample of this Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush in exchange for my review. The packaging was big for a toothbrush. The first usage was shocking the brush was aggressive in my mouth and it took some time to adjust. After a few days, I adjusted and my teeth began to feel cleaner and the plaque between and on my teeth began to diminish after usage.
Overall, it was a good brush, the time adjusting to the sensation wasn't not too long and it allowed my teeth and gum line to feel plague-less. The one push button was easy to use and the rechargeable base last for days without charging it. This is a brush I want everyone to try because it really works.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: adjusting takes a few days

I received a free Philips Sonicare Series 2 toothbrush to try and review and I truly love this toothbrush! I had a Sonicare many years ago that I liked but stopped using it because I travel too often to carry around such a big item. But this new version is so much smaller and compact I will take it with me on trips. The charging base is half the size of the older version.
I have been using a manual toothbrush for so long that after my first brush with the new Sonicare I felt like I had just come from the dentist and had a full cleaning. My teeth were so smooth! It felt great. It is a bit tingling at first from the vibration but you get used to it and it's not painful at all. Kind of ticklish.
I love the feature that slightly beeps every 30 seconds so you are reminded to hit all areas of your mouth. And it also has a built in timer that stops at 2 minutes so you always make sure you do a full brushing instead of rushing through.
It is lightweight and easy to hold. The brush is so compact you can really get into the back corners of your mouth but also feels big enough to get full coverage of each tooth. I highly recommend this Sonicare. It is so much better than brushing with a manual toothbrush!
