A great product for a fresh clean feeling

I received a free sample of this product and was thrilled to try it. It does as it promises. It removes plaque and leaves your teeth with a really fresh and clean feeling. I thought it was quite pleasant and gentle on the gum area but still gave me the feeling of a deep clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, just a bit too noisy...

I was sent a free sample of this product to test and review. The first thing I noticed about this toothbrush was the power it generated when I turned it on. I wasn`t quite ready for the vibration it created in my hand, but I immediately knew it was a step up from other brands I`d used previously. The Sonicare brush did an excellent job of making my mouth feel clean and refreshed, and the automatic shut off feature after 2 minutes is a good add...I could see it being a great way to keep kids brushing for the minimal recommended 2 minute window. Along the same lines, the quick pause at every 30-second interval was a nice feature, but I think most adults will find it unnecessary, if not annoying. Again, for kids, I love the idea...reminds them to spend at least 30 seconds in each `quadrant` of your mouth, and then tells you when to move on to the next quadrant. The only thing that I did NOT like about this brush was that it makes a very high-pitched `tinny` noise when it`s going. All electric/battery-operated brushes will generate noise, of course, but this was so loud and intrusive that it literally left my ears ringing. Perhaps I would get used to that over time, but after a week, I still cringe. Other than that, I loved this product, and I can definitively say that it provided a superior brushing/cleaning experience over other brands. It was very easy to assemble, attractively designed, and left my mouth feeling like I had just come from the dentist. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought my toothbrush in March and at first was amazed at how it made my teeth feel. They actually felt dentist clean from the start. I continue to get that feeling throughout the use of the product. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is that the brush he has d is wearing away fast. The indicator bristles are already showing the need to change and it has only been a little over a month since purchase. That is all fine but at $30+to replace it is a little too soon for a replacement on my budget.
Pros: great toothbrush, good clean
Cons: bristles ware out quick

Squeaky Clean Teeth

I received the Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush free for review and was very excited to try it. A family member had highly recommended trying it out but the investment seemed a bit too large for me without fully knowing whether I would like it. Overall, I would say that I`m enjoying using the toothbrush. Getting started: set up is super simple and quick. I had it fully assembled and charging within a few minutes. It states that it takes up to 48 hours to fully charge but mine was ready for first use by the time I finished my morning shower! First impression: my teeth really feel clean--I`m not left wondering if I did a good enough job--almost dental visit clean I would say. That alone makes it worth the purchase to me. I am enjoying the Smartimer feature which beeps every 30 seconds for 2 minutes, ensuring I`ve brushed all parts of my teeth thoroughly (inside/outside, top/bottom). I`d probably prefer that it not shut off automatically after the 2 minutes just because I like to also get time to brush the top of my teeth and my tongue. No big deal though, I just turn it back on for a bit to finish up. The Easy Start feature is supposed to gently increase power over the first 14 brushings. It is enacted by holding the power button down for 2 seconds and waiting to hear 2 beeps. Admittedly, my first use I was just excited to get started and I did not attempt to activate this feature. However, after the first use, I tried several times and I do not think I could get that to work. So I would say that either, it did not function at all, or it is not user friendly enough if a woman in her 30`s cannot operate the feature. So, if you are looking for a good quality toothbrush that leaves your teeth feeling truly clean, I say go for it! If you are looking for pure perfection, then perhaps this model is not the one.

Cons: could not figure out the easy-start feature

I asked our dental technician what BRAND of electric toothbrush to get. She immediately replied, "Sonicare". I read the online reviews and was convinced. Purchased one for myself and one for my wife. Fantastic! My teeth feel REALLY clean after using. The BEST part is that the toothbrush has a "chime" that lets you know to change to the lower teeth. In total, three chines: once to go from top to bottom, another to go to inside top and the final to go to the inside bottom. No more guessing or forgetting!

Electric Toothbrush Fan For Life!

This toothbrush has made me an electric toothbrush fan for life! I had never had an electric toothbrush so this was my first experience with one. I should mention that I was sent a free sample to use for this review.
I took this brush out of the box and plugged it into the base to charge. The directions said to charge it for 48 hours or until the light on the front no longer was flashing but that you could use it while it was charging. It took about 48 hours to fully charge the toothbrush but it can certainly hold a charge as I have not charged it again since I originally charged it several weeks ago. The only thing I wish it had was a way to show me when the battery was going to die.
Using this toothbrush for the first time was a bit of a different experience. The vibration was strong and tickled the gums (especially towards the back) of my mouth. It has taken me about a week to get used to that, but now I don`t even notice it. You need a very small amount of toothpaste and after about a minute or two of brushing it left me with the cleanest teeth I have ever had outside of the dentist`s office. I am amazed at what something this size can do compared to a much larger manual brush. It has me hooked.
A few side notes...if you take the toothbrush out of your mouth while it is still on, it will vibrate and spray toothpaste around everywhere. So...be sure to turn it off while it`s still in your mouth. The bright blue bristles of the brush head will fade to let you know it`s time to change the brush heads which will happen every three months. Also, the rechargeable battery cannot be replaced, according to the manual. Once it wears out, you have to buy a whole new toothbrush.
Overall, this has been a huge upgrade to my manual toothbrush and I will absolutely never go back!! I love the clean feeling this brush gives me each time I use it. You will love this toothbrush!

I received by mail a free Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush for just agreeing to write a review. ( pretty cool) compared to electric toothbrushes I used in the past I think the Sonicare is the best. It took me a minute to get use to the vibration on my tooth but I found my teeth and gums to feel healthier.

I recently received a Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush in exchange for my honest review of the product. The first day I started using the product, I was not sure if I would like it. The toothbrush vibration was tickling my gums. But after a couple more days of using it, I did not have this problem anymore and I now love the toothbrush!! The head of the toothbrush is small so it ensures that you get each tooth very clean. The toothbrush is also long so it easily reaches the hard to get teeth in the back of your mouth. My teeth have never felt so clean!! I am very happy with the product and would definitely highly recommend it!
Pros: gets hard to reach teeth, gets in between teeth, cleans each tooth thoroughly
