I don't like how the toothbrush head goes on the base.

The tooth brush head doesn't fit on the base very tight therefore the toothbrush when in use is very loud. I have also noticed that there is a gray/black substance coming from where the toothbrush head goes on. I am about ready to take it back. I have only had it about a month and a half or so.

I received this Sonicare plaque control toothbrush as a free sample to try out. First of all, I was impressed with the sleek design of not only the toothbrush but the charger as well. I learned immediately upon using that you only need 1/2 the usual amount of toothpaste or else you will be foaming at the mouth! It takes a little getting used to but I noticed right away that my teeth feel smoother and cleaner after each use. I would recommend the upgraded models that have the 30 second timer to better control the pace of brushing since each section of your teeth is supposed to be treated for that period of time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this and would not go back to regular brushing again. Plus the brush itself I dictates when it is time to change.

Not only is it so easy to use, it is also easy to maintain and keep charged for every brush. I have receding gums so using this electric toothbrush is just awesome. No more manual scrubbing. This brush does it for you the correct way.
Cons: the brush heads seem pricey.

Great Toothbrush!

I’ve been using the Sonicare toothbrush for the past few weeks and thus far have been very satisfied with the results.
The brush is very easy to set up and use. Previous electric brushes I’ve used were battery operated, which meant it was always a real hassle to constantly have to replace the batteries, so with the Sonicare brush I really appreciate the fact that I no longer need to worry about that. Moreover, I think it’s nice that the charging base works regardless of whether the brush is wet or dry when I put it on, as I’m usually in a rush to get somewhere early in the morning and wouldn’t really have the time to dry the bottom off.

Every time I use the Sonicare brush I feel like my teeth and gums are getting a very intense, almost dentist office like cleaning. The vibrations of the brush are very powerful and I imagine that this probably breaks up and cleans off a lot of the yucky stuff that builds up in my mouth over the course of the day or night. I definitely feel like my breath is fresher when I use it and after a few weeks it appears my teeth might be a slight shade whiter than they previously were.
Overall I’m very satisfied with using the Sonicare toothbrush as it’s made brushing more convenient and effective. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new electric toothbrush to replace their old one or looking to switch over from a regular one. I was sent a free sample to use for this review.

I've had my Sonicare toothbrush for more than two months now and I can't say enough good things about it! I love the ease of use. It's slim design works easily while brushing and storage on the countertop is very convenient. My favorite part is that it signals when I have brushed for a full two minutes (the recommended amount of brushing time). It brushes thoroughly and does not hurt my gums. It also has color-indicator on the brush to let you know when it's time to change the head. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush - in fact, I already have!

Have owned other basic inexpensive brushes before, wish that I had bought this years ago. Never wanted to pay the extra but how no idea of how much of a superior product you offered at a reasonable price.
Had a dental cleaning a few months ago and since using this new toothbrush for about that long, I have very little plaque showing if any..I have thanked my wife several times for this gift. Head is holding up well for usage and I am more than satisfied. The quadrant beep if a great design, as well as the recharge light and beep as well. I use it and recharge when it tells me.
Pretty powerful, although I did use the lower lever to start as suggested. After a short while I became accustomed to how it worked. It is a well designed cleaning tool. Easy to operate,
