Basic features, but thorough cleaning!

I had not considered this model before being sent a sample in exchange for my review, but I am thrilled to have been introduced to this product. This is a basic, no-frills model but that is what I appreciate about this item. I have tried other models with more features, but the effective simplicity of this model makes it stand out above the others. Here are a few things I like about this model:
*The brush does a thorough cleaning job and is not too rough on my sensitive gums.
*It's very easy to assemble and ready to use quickly - the instructions indicate that it can take up for 48 hours to charge, but you are able to use it with a partial charge almost immediately.
*Speaking of battery life, I have been using this for 10 days and have not had to re-charge it yet. That will come in handy when traveling as I won't have to pack the charger too.
*Includes a feature that beeps after 30 seconds, reminding you to move to the next section of your teeth - a great reminder so you don't have to think when brushing.
I also noticed that the head of this "Plaque Control" brush is somewhat smaller than the other Sonicare heads I have used in the past. I personally appreciate the smaller head as I feel it allows you to get in every nook and cranny when brushing, but definitely something to note. The heads appear to be interchangeable, though, so if you want to switch to another head after using this one for 3 months, the flexibility is built in.
Overall seems to be a good value for the money based on my experience.

The battery last weeks, without a charge. The cleaning head is so easy, just guide it along your teeth. I recommend not pushing it on the teeth, at times the head hits the teeth too hard if pressure is added, which is not the way to brush with this. It reminds you to just glide, and avoids hard of brushing

I am really impressed with this tooth brush. I had always wanted one and finally bought myself one. It has really made a difference in the feeling of my teeth.

Great Toothbrush, Easy to Use

I really liked this Sonicare Plaque Control toothbrush. It was definitely a step up from my older model! I received a free sample of this to try and I was impressed with the feel and performance as I am very particular about electric toothbrushes. The product was lightweight and had good battery life. I am glad I read about the 'Easy' mode and how to get the toothbrush out of Easy mode, because it was initially much less powerful than I thought, but I could definitely see how this would be good for people with sensitive teeth or gums. The toothbrush design is much improved on previous models because it doesn't have the reservoir in the base. It is a lot easier to clean the brush. I would like it a bit better if the brush head secured in a little tighter because it has come off on me twice, but still a minor inconvenience. Overall, I thought this was a great brush. It provided the clean I expect out of a Sonicare and improvement over previous models. Definitely an upgrade!
Pros: simple setup, superior teeth cleaning, multiple power modes
Cons: head pops off easily

I bought this on Black Friday and it only took about a month to start shorting out. I'll hit the bottom and maybe 10 seconds later it will turn off.

Teeth feel cleaner after use!

I received this product for free to test it and provide a review.
This is my first sonicare toothbrush. At first the vibration was a little intense and I was nervous that I wouldn't like it. After a couple of days I became more comfortable with the feel. The toothbrush holds a great charge and is shaped well to hold and maneuver through brushing.
My teeth feel cleaner. I went to the dentist this week and she said my teeth and gums looked great... I had only been using it a couple of weeks, but I was glad to hear that it seems to be working.
