Quality brush!

Overall, the Sonicare toothbrush is a quality product. I have had other electronic toothbrushes in the past and the Philips Sonicare has been the best I`ve come across. It really provides a crisp, clean feeling after brushing. I also like that the charging station isn`t massive and doesn`t take up a lot of counter top space, which is important in my crowded bathroom. I should mention that I was sent a free sample of the product to use for this review; however, that hasn`t influenced my thought process. One thing that can be improved upon is the brush/head attachment that comes with the product. It is quite small and doesn`t have the full amount of bristles that other electronic toothbrushes come with. I would still recommend this to a friend but with the caveat that they may have to buy an additional brush attachment as well.

I received a free sample of this toothbrush to review and was very impressed by how effectively it cleans my teeth. The brush moves quickly and the fine bristles do a very thorough job of covering the teeth and getting into the small spaces between the teeth. I have to admit that I've pretty much stopped flossing since I got this brush as it does such a good job of getting rid of the plaque. I feel the pressure is the right amount. Not too hard but enough that you know you're getting the job done. It also works well on gently massaging my gums. Using the brush is almost as good as having the dental hygienist clean my teeth. One feature I particularly like is the quadpacer interval timer which beeps every 30 seconds to encourage you to brush the different sections of the mouth. The brush automatically shuts off after 2 minutes which is the recommended brushing time by the dental community. I like that it's a basic brush and is so simple to operate. This brush and base stay much cleaner than the electric toothbrush I currently use. The only negative of the brush is that if you accidentally take it out of your mouth the toothpaste does have a tendency to fly all over the place.
Pros: gets between teeth very easily., leaves mouth feeling fresh and clean.

I should not have waited so long to get this toothbrush. I am amazed at how well it does at removing plaque just as it says. I had staining on the back of my front teeth and it removed that the first time I used it!
Well worth the money!

Bought this to improve brushing and reduce plague between cleanings. Gum disease in the family, so trying to do my part. Too soon to say whether this improves gums and overall mouth health. Has 30 second "beep" feature which I really like so I don't have to watch the clock between the four target brushing sections. For the money I invested in the product, I hope it lasts. Happy so far one month in.
Pros: charging stand
Cons: no extra brush heads with this model

Better than expected

I have been using the Philips Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush for over a week and you can count me a fan. Full disclosure I received this toothbrush free of charge to review and while I was excited to review it I didn't have overly high expectations. It far exceeded my expectations. The brush is user-friendly. I love that once fully charged it will hold a charge for weeks without having to plug it in again. I thought I would have to leave it connected to the charging station but this eliminated that need so now I have no unsightly cords on my bathroom counter or near the sink. The small head of the toothbrush coupled with the powerful vibrations does a great job cleaning my teeth. The 30-second beep feature lets me know when it's time to move to another quadrant in my mouth ensuring a thorough cleaning of all my teeth. The only drawback, and it's a small one, is that because the toothbrush head is small it was more time consuming to brush my tongue thoroughly.

Super Clean Feeling!

I recently received the Sonicare Plaque Control 2 Toothbrush for free, for the purpose of this review. This is a great product, one that does its job well! You know that great feeling after going to the dentist, and having super clean teeth? That's what it feels like every time after brushing with the Sonicare Plaque Control 2 toothbrush. In addition to the superior cleaning this toothbrush provides, there are also other great features. It is super easy to keep clean and I love the battery life indicator. This may not seem like a big deal however, I have previously used electric toothbrushes and had a hard time keeping them clean. Finally, the sleek and functional design makes it easy and fun to use! I highly recommend this product.
