Brushing my teeth has never felt so efficient before. I get a much better brushing using this toothbrush than I ever did with a regular brush. It is really great that it gives you a timer as well.

I received a free Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush Model HX6211 to review. First, let me say that this toothbrush is an awesome tool. It is lightweight, easy to use with the push of one button, and its timed for brushing. I suffer from periodontal disease and it has helped me tremendously with my plaque buildup by allowing me to easily reach all areas of my mouth and brush them efficiently. I can feel the cleanliness of my teeth when I run my tongue over them. It is quiet, gentle, and it doesn't irritate my gums. Another perk to this toothbrush I its battery longevity. I have fully charged it one time within my 10 days of usage and it is still running strong. I would recommend this toothbrush because it is smart, durable, and efficient.
Pros: timed brushing

I was lucky enough to be chosen to receive a free sample of this toothbrush to review and I absolutely love it. It has been great. My teeth feel so much cleaner and I know that I am doing a much better job brushing. The 2-minute timer is very handy and makes sure that I focus on how long I need to brush.
The best way to describe how my teeth feel - and look - is right after a dental cleaning. They are polished to a high shine and the brushes are able to get under the gum line to remove any plaque that has built up during the day or the night. I`m really happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone that cares about their smile and oral health!

Great Toothbrush

A few weeks ago, I Received a Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush to review. My dental hygienist had been recommending this product to me to help with cleaning my teeth better, so I was happy to try it out for free.
For the most part, this toothbrush is easy to use and the instructions are very straight-forward.
Pros:
After using this, I always feel as though I just had my teeth cleaned at the dentist. It is very powerful and seems to do a good job of removing the extra plaque that a regular toothbrush just can't do. (It will be interesting to see what the dentist says after my next check-up).
It is easy to use with simple, straight-forward instructions.
Because it does take getting used to, there is the Easy-start feature to use for the first 14 times you brush. It basically eases you into using the Sonicare by gradually increasing the power. I was so excited to use this that I didn't read the instructions first and initially used it while it was on full power. That was too much for a first-time user!
After reading the instructions, I immediately activated the Easy-Start feature and that made a huge difference. It is definitely needed and worth using. Throughout that first week as the power increased, I was able to adjust gradually to using the Sonicare.
The Quadpacer feature is excellent as well. It breaks your brushing time into four intervals of 30 seconds with a short beep between each so that you can know when to switch to the next section of teeth. It makes brushing that much easier by reminding you when to switch and then automatically shuts off after 2 minutes. Great feature for kids as well as adults.
If you need to pause during brushing, you can do so for up to 30 seconds without interrupting the Quadpacer cycle.
CONS:
The concerns I have with this toothbrush are:
1.) It is battery operated so the brush has to be on the plugged-in charger most of the time in order to make sure the battery is fully charged. Not a huge issue, but it does take up a little bit of bathroom counter space and may be a concern when traveling.
2.) This brush does take getting used to as it is powerful compared to a regular toothbrush or even a cheaper battery powered brush. Some people may not like the force of it. I do see that they have a child's version which I would like to try for my adult son who has sensory issues.
Overall, I am very happy with this toothbrush and hopeful that it will make a difference in my overall dental health/hygiene.
After using it for a few weeks, I would recommend it to others. I also plan to buy a few more for our family as well.

I've owned a few of the sonicare products and they've all been really good. I decided to 'cheap out' with this model and although I realize that you get what you pay for, this unit is fine and gets the job done, period.

This toothbrush is very good. This model does not come with the 30 second timer for each quadrant but it does come with the 2 minute overall timer. Overall, a solid toothbrush for the price.

My dentist recommended this product and I have been using it faithfully, although I needed to go back to manual brushing when my teeth began to hurt. I have since gone back to your product and the problem seems to have disappeared. I would caution buyers not to run the product over the top and bottom of the tooth. In other words, make it clear that one should use it only on the inner and outer surfaces of the teeth.
Pros: mouth feels fresh
Cons: sensitivity felt on teeth
