Great Toothbrush

I received a free sample of the Sonicare Plaque Control toothbrush to review, and was extremely excited to try it. I love the easy on off feature, and the recharge stand. This product has an extremely powerful vibration and rotation of its bristles when compared to other similar products. I did notice that the first few times I used the product, it tickled and caused me to sneeze, but after a few days I did get used to it. The only thing I did not like about this product is that the extreme vibration causes toothpaste to splatter. It should come with a warning "Do not turn on bristles until it is inside your mouth!"
Overall, this product makes my teeth feel cleaner than they have ever felt in my entire life! It is definitely the toothbrush I will continue using long term!

Overall, I was very impressed with the Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush. I should mention that I was sent a free sample to use for this review. My teeth and mouth felt clean for hours after brushing and love the way my teeth feel smooth. I felt that it made my teeth cleaner when compared to using a manual toothbrush. It does take some getting used to the larger size of the toothbrush (vs. a standard manual brush)in my hand but after a couple days felt comfortable. It has an automatic timer that shuts off after a recommended two minutes of brushing, which at first seems long but with two little kids those two minutes of not being able are very peaceful with the hum of the toothbrush. :) The head snaps off easily to change the heads when the time comes. When the battery runs low, I like the indicator light when brushing is completed to remind me it`s time to plug it in to charge.

I received a free sample of this product in exchange for writing a review and testing it out. I found this toothbrush to be very well built and easy to use. I like the fact that it gradually increases power so that your gums are able to adjust to the new brushing action. Extra long run time allows for me to use this while traveling which is also nice.
Pros: well built, easy to use
Cons: slightly awkward to use at first

I used to use a name brand battery-operated toothbrush, and thought it was the best brush ever. Then a friend insisted I try this Phillips electric brush. I was so surprised how wonderfully clean my teeth felt, and thought it was pretty good. But then I had surgery and while in the hospital I reverted to my old brush. Oh my gosh, the difference between the ability to thoroughly clean and get into spaces, and the power behind the Phillips toothbrush was so tremendous, I just had to laugh at that old toothbrush. I now refuse to travel without my Phillips!
Pros: gets into tight spaces, charges quickly, cleans teeth superbly, affordable price

Pleasantly Surprised

I had never used an electric toothbrush and was excited to receive one as a free sample. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and efficiency of the Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush. I was reluctant to try an electric toothbrush because I hated the idea of having to have additional items that required cords and plugs in my bathroom. The Sonicare Toothbrush held its charge for the last week. The set-up was breeze though it did take over 24 hours for the toothbrush to fully charge. I was able to use the toothbrush even though it was not fully charged. My teeth felt more polished and clean than with my regular toothbrush. It was like I just left the dentist office for a cleaning. The toothbrush even makes a beeping noise every 30 seconds to help ensure I brush the required amount of time, which I was not doing with my old toothbrush. I would recommend the Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush to others.
