The person who wrote this review received a free sample for providing an open and honest review of the product. This toothbrush was a real blessing as I know how important it is to brush well and have been using a manual toothbrush all my life. Recently my dentist recommended this type of toothbrush so that my gums would not recede by too hard brushing. It has the perfect amount of pressure without me doing anything but guiding it through my mouth. Brush was the right size and not too small as other toothbrushes can be. Really so clean and easy to use. Nothing I would change except I wish it came with a holder for traveling. Highly recommended and so lucky I tried this product!
Pros: easy to use and great cleaning!
Cons: would love a carrying travel case included!

first electric tooth brush experience. Glad I picked Philips! Highly recommend you buying this product. The appearance of my teeth and gums has improved noticeably. ait is easy to use and easy to clean. I also stocked up on the extra brush heads. I am still on the original head which has been on since Christmas, and I breush twice a day. Good Product!

The toothbrush I never knew I needed!

I was so excited to receive a free Phillips Sonicare Toothbrush for review, as my brushing routine needed some serious revamping. The product was ready to use right out of the box... all I did was plug it in, attach the Plaque Control brush, and go! The instructions were clear and straightforward. During the first use I definitely felt like a rookie with power tools, but the second time showed promising improvements. The brushing-time feature was a big help, as I`ve never been able to focus on how long I`ve been brushing or which quadrant needs more attention. By the end of my 10th day, I felt like a professional was cleaning my teeth twice a day. The little gaps that you feel between your teeth after a professional cleaning were ever present! My teeth also looked noticeably whiter. I took some time to seriously question my 24 years of mediocre brushing and then thanked my new Sonicare toothbrush for the revelation.

I love the Philips Sonicare toothbrush. This is my first Sonicare toothbrush. It is very easy to use and cleans my teeth really good.It's very good on the gums too. I have bridgework and it cleans it very well also. I would recommend this brush to everyone

Love the ease of this toothbrush

I received this Sonicare Plaque Control toothbrush as part of a free sample program. I wasn't too sure how I'd like a motorized toothbrush at first. I was thinking I wouldn't enjoy the upkeep. It could get expensive. After using this product for a good week, I have determined I wouldn't mind replacing parts and what not. I thoroughly enjoyed using this toothbrush. It gave me the feeling after getting a cleaning at the dentist office. I do appreciate how quiet this toothbrush is also. I can brush my teeth and my child will sleep right through it. I like the fact that there is a timer on there (to let you know when you've brushed long enough). I usually have to turn it back on, but I like it. I think the only thing I would change, would be the size of the actual brush. It seems SUPER small for me. Especially compared to regular toothbrushes. If I knew my friends would shell out the money for a toothbrush like this, I would definitely recommend this Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush.
Pros: it's quiet
Cons: the brush head is a little too small

Initially, it felt weird using it because it does not create that lather from the toothpaste that I am so used to. So what I do is I use it as a supplement after brushing with my regular toothbrush. After about two wks of using Sonicare, I did feel the difference. It makes my teeth shinier with less plaque build-up.
