battery reset

I have own my Sonicare for 4 years. In the last 2-3 years I have had to reset the toothbrush/battery a least every 2-3 months. It has been annoying to say the least. When I contacted Sonicare when it started happening they seem unconcerned and only instructed me how to reset it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received a free sample of the Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush! I have always been curious about this product as my other toothbrushes have let me down in the past. I would like to say that this is an amazing product. When I moved my tongue across my teeth, I could feel how smooth and clean my teeth were. I felt like I had just left the dentist. The motion of the bristles does a very thorough cleaning, and I didn`t feel like I had missed a spot. I will admit that the motion of the brush tickled my teeth , like a sensitive sensation, which leads me to my only complaint about this brush. I wish it had adjustable speed settings. There is only an on and off button. The head comes off and can be switched out, so there is no need to buy an entirely new toothbrush. Overall I feel like I received a very good deep cleaning each time I used this toothbrush. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great toothbrush -wish it came with a travel case

The reviews are all spot on. Great toothbrush, cleans teeth beautifully and timer is just the right level of "tech" I want from a tooth brush.
I just wish it came with a travel case. I purchased this while on the road so I have to hope it doesn't get too beat up or turns on accidentally in my toiletries bag. A case should be included with any premium toothbrush.
Pros: excellent teeth cleaning, stylish without looking silly, 30 second timer functionality is outstanding
Cons: travel case not included, only one brush head is included

Pleasantly surprised with this product!

I should mention first off that I received a free sample of this product to review. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this electric toothbrush. Never having used one before I felt it cleaned my teeth much better than a manual toothbrush ever has. I was like walking out of a dentist office. The product is a very basic model and easy to use. The bristle head replacements are also very easy to replace, just pull old one off and snap the new one in place. This toothbrush had a plug in very small charger that didn't take up a lot of room on the counter, which I really liked.
The couple of things that I really didn't care for was the model of bristle that I received with the sample was rather small and I felt like it made brushing my teeth much slower of a process. I have researched this model and you can get the bigger bristle replacement so that is a good fix. Also, I find the replacement bristles a little expensive considering you have to replace every three months. I would also like to have a little more contouring on the handle.
I would recommend this product to a first time electric toothbrush user. I was pleasantly surprised.
Pros: easy to use, small charger
Cons: bigger bristles, cheaper bristle replacements

Im a dental hygienist who recommends the sonicare to EVERY PATIENT I have....I thought all the models were basically the same except for the different speeds....WRONG.....this model felt like it hardly vibrated and didn't clean....there is NO comparison to the diamond clean model....not sure why ya'll would do any other model...

I received this toothbrush as a free sample to review. I never owned an electric toothbrush before and I`m glad I have one now. First of all, it`s really, really easy to set up and use...unpack the box, attach the head and you`re in business. The charging stand is nice and small and sleek enough looking.
About the brushing: The first couple times using might take a little getting used too...it felt a bit tickly against my inner gums...that went away after a few uses. Now it`s just brush and go. Note, you should let the brush do the work and not use it as you would a traditional toothbrush. This brush definitely leaves your teeth with a smooth, clean feeling.
