Would like to have a different timer notification, as the sound the Philips makes is nerve jumping! Grates on my nerves ! Not a nice sound at all. I also thought it should have two different speeds . At first it's hard to get use too that much power, on your teeth.
Overall , wish I could buy everyone in my family one for Christmas !

I like the slimness and the light weight of this brush. It does an excellent job but I think it vibrates a bit noisily. I don't remember that being a problem with the one I used before.

My only complaint is that the on/off button placement makes it easy to turn off accidently while brushing.

I purchased two same electric toothbrushs. One of battery level indicator doesnot work and only yellow light flashes in low charge. When the battery is in between a low and a high degree the indicator turns off and I donnot know when is full charged. While the other toothbrush's indicator works well and will turn green when in a high charge.

I purchased this toothbrush after a more expensive model failed after only using it for a few months. So far so good. It doesn't have all the other features, but it does its core function well. I just hope it manages to last as long as the first sonicare I bought years ago.
Pros: relatively inexpensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a family emergency and tossed my old SoniCare in my bag without protection. There was no doubt when I saw it was broke that I would replace it with a newer model. I love the feel of it and it works as well as my first one. The only problem, and that is my fault, is that it doesn't fit in the travel case.

I like this toothbrush but have noticed one shortcoming. While brushing, the motor seems to pause for just a fraction of a second. This is most disconcerting.
Pros: it times the brushing process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just want to say I haven't really used it yet I just turned it on to check it out and put it on my teeth and I was impressed just from put it on my TV and just seeing how it filled it actually made my teeth feel better so I know it's going to be great once I actually brush my teeth I'm excited I think it's going to be great
