Excellent product!

Before you read my review, I want to mention that I received a free sample of this toothbrush to review. This does not in any way effect my opinion of the product, but did want to mention it.
The toothbrush was ready to use immediately when it arrived, even though I had assumed it would need to charge for a while first. I liked that the product was simple to use - only one button to turn on and off. My brush time has reduced to about half. I had been happy with my manual toothbrush, but always felt like I had to keep brushing to make sure I got them really clean. With the Sonicare, there is no doubting that they are clean. The change from manual takes a little getting used to but I don't think I will ever go back, (except when camping!). The brush head is the perfect size, any larger and I would be drooling as I brushed. I like that the bristles will notify me when I need to change to a new brush head. The only thing that I would recommend changing is to try to make the plastic on the brush head a hard rubber instead. Although, the vibrations are not powerful enough to break a tooth when the plastic hits it, a hard rubber would not have as much of the grinding sound.
Pros: simple but all you need, like the brush head size
Cons: would prefer hard rubber to hard plastic on head

I have used sonicare toothbrushes for years. Won't use anything else. My dentist also recommends using Sonicare as well.
Pros: protects your teeth from plaque.
Cons: the cost

received this head to replace the one that i purchased this head does not fix handle well you must hold it together to use the brush.

What more do you want me to say, the brush head is too small and does not feel right when brushing my teeth. It causes the tooth paste to fly out onto my shirt and sometimes on the mirror.

I agree with what everyone says about the base - it's small and prone to fall over - but once you find a good place for it, it works out nicely. I've never used a Sonicare before, but the power seems just fine to me. The best part is the price - a sonic electric toothbrush at that cost is a bargain!
Pros: cost-effective, works fine
Cons: small charging base with long cord

I replaced my old Sonicare with this one. The other one worked great for years and finally wore out. The new one does not work as well. I called and they told me how to reset it. It worked better after that although I have had to pull it out, put it back, put it on the stand and hold the button until it beeps twice. Right now it is working okay, but I still liked my old one better.
