Great to start, would recommend a higher end brush.

After using the brush for a few days (my first power brush), it provides a great clean feeling in my mouth I haven't felt before. BUT, for what was provided I feel the feature set to be really limited.
The battery life is great, the auto off after 2 minutes is awesome really helps you time your brushing.
All that is included is one brush, one motor, and a charger.
While this is by far not a bad brush, I feel like saving a bit more money for the higher end model would have been more beneficial as they include better options.
I'll be using this one with regret and probably upgrade in a year. (but it is a good brush!)
Pros: battery, timer
Cons: slim features, no extras

I finally made the switch from manual to electric brushing and I'm in love with this product! I never realized how much plaque manual brushing left behind. I can't stop checking my teeth out. They just feel so clean!! :)
I've been using it for a few days so can't figure out why it turns itself off randomly while brushing. But other than that it's great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this brush for Christmas..by far the best toothbrush I have ever owned. After brushing teeth feel like you just came from the dentist. The brush head looked small at first but soon found it was extremely good at cleaning back teeth.

Too much vibration!

Bottom line; I do not look forward to brushing my teeth with this toothbrush. It is loud, it vibrates in my hand (and in my mouth) and hurts my hand. I had Carpal Tunnel syndrome years ago (corrected by surgery) and using this brush makes me feel a similar sensation. It is reminiscent of using an electric hand sander tool for sanding wood. I can't imagine a child using this brush because of the noise & aggressive vibration. I note that the handle vibrates much more and gets louder when you put the brush head on, but then holding the brush head between fingers dampens the handle vibration & noise SIGNIFICANTLY. But I don't want to have to use my mouth & teeth to achieve that. Also, doing that dampening action is reducing the brushing movement. Basically it seems there is too much power in the brush action. Perhaps a toothbrush with adjustable power levels might be better suited to the task.
I do have to commend Philips for their fast & specific action to try remedy the situation, as I called Customer Support and the agent made arangements to replace the power handle at no charge. The new handle arrived in short order; unfortunately it is only slightly better.
