When I began using my new SonicCare, I was startled by its power. My brush had the gradual start feature, and I used it to make this adjustment comfortable for me. Now after two months of use, I love its “ cleaning power,” brush more often, and sometimes brush beyond the two- minute mark. I love this product!

The only complaints I have; this Sonicare is missing a pausing timer that was on my previous model. I find that helpful to brush each section of my teeth properly.
This model also has a metal rod that connects the brush to the handle...when turned on, it is a bit noisy.
Other than that it serves the purpose.
