My husband and I both got the Philips Sonicare 2 Series toothbrushes. We will never go back to using a manual toothbrush. The Sonicare 2 makes your teeth feel so clean--just like you've been to the dentist. We love ours!
Pros: timer so you brush long enough.
Cons: none so far.

I've always been skeptical of this product but when my hygienist recommend it to us we bought one and WOW. It really does make a difference! The one thing I will say is if you use the two minute timer to do your teeth, the battery only lasts about 1 week but that's OK with us.
Pros: cleans teeth great!, two minute timer is very helpful, design is nice and useful

The Sonicare 2 is my second electric toothbrush and it beats my other one hands down. So far, it keeps a 2-week charge and haven't skipped a beat. The most important feature is a cap for the toothbrush heads. The kit also came with a travel case which is awesome.
