I love my new Philips Sonicare 2 Series toothbrush. I only wish the brush heads weren't so expensive though. I highly recommend this product.

This product is not as good as my old model. I was so upset that the old one broke. The toothbrush heads are "cheap" and lose shape quickly, harder to keep clean as well. I find they just don't keep my teeth as clean as my other model.

I bought this Sonicare to replace another/different model that stopped charging after about 4 years or so. I saw this pink model, it was cute & a decent price, so I bought it ... but it is SO loud and vibrates SO much - much more than my last model. I like Sonicare brushes very much - I get great dental checkups now - but I don't recommend this model.
Also, the directions say it is fully charged when the green light stops flashing. I think I could have my brush in the charger for 2 days & the light never stops flashing. I also think this one doesn't hold a charge as long as my last one.
Pros: cleans well
Cons: extremely loud, vibrates more than other models
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm using the Sonicare on the recommendation of my Dental Hygienist. I have RA and she can tell I can't hold a regular toothbrush firmly enough when brushing. I do find the Sonicare hard to maneuver because it's a little longer than my hand can accommodate, but I do feel it cleans my teeth well. My final determination will be my next dental appointment, when I find out if I have less plaque.

I have used the other spin brushes you can purchase in stores and have not used them for then a week or so. I am impressed with my sonicare! Could tell the difference in the brightness of my teeth after the first use! My sister is a dentist and she highly recommended this for me. I am glad she did.
