ours is a piece of junk

We had two others, HX6950 and HX6710 both worked fine one had a bat issue after a few years, then we bought the HX6211 this year, what a piece of junk, no power compared to the previous models, it's in the drawer and not being used less than a few months old, what gives, is it a bad one or ? What options do we have ? Tx

My teeth and gums are healthier than they've ever been with this brush!

I received this electric toothbrush for free to test and review. I needed to use it for a few months to track a noticeable difference, if any in my oral health. The results were profound. I had always used a manual toothbrush before and thought I was getting good results, but this toothbrush dramatically changed the feel, look, and health of my teeth in a very positive and unexpected way. Not only does it deep clean teeth far better than a manual brush, but it has improved my gum health so much. I`ve always flossed regularly but have always had sensitivity and some bleeding when doing so. Consistent use of this toothbrush has made that a thing of the past. I highly recommend this product!

I received this free sample of this Sonicare Plaque Control Toothbrush with agreeing to write a review.
Overall, I did not like this brush and stopped using it after 3 days.
It was so pulsating that it actually hurt my teeth and gums especially in the front. It splattered my toothpaste all over the sink so that was also annoying.
It reminded me of the instrument the dental hygienist uses however they have a small cup of paste to perfectly fit into the brush and this was just way to small of a head for me and way to pulsating.
I really did try to like it, I used it around 10 times in 3 days and it did not get any better.
I am back to using my manual brush.

Warranty Lie

I'm immediately writing a poor review because there was a warranty card asking me to register for an additional 6 months of warranty. Upon doing this the warranty showed up as 2 years instead of 2.5. Terrible, terrible digital management...unacceptable.
I'm not going to contact your customer service as you ask on the bar on the right hand side, you have already wasted a lot of my time. The sign-in process takes forever, the warranty process is confusing, there are 100 different products which look identical that I'm supposed to choose from...way too much corporate bureaucracy that you're pushing on to your customers. Your contact form requires me to call and stay on hold, and there is no written record. It's much easier for me to just write a poor review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have used sonicare for many years. This brush seems very noisy compared to the others we have had when brushing. Sounds like a rattle inside the handle.

I was very excited to receive this product as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately it is extremely loud once turned on and there is no way I would be able to brush my teeth without waking up my entire household.
I contacted customer service thinking it was defective and they sent me out a new handle but it turns out it is just the way the toothbrush is made.
Customer service has been excellent and extremely helpful. I will definitely purchase other Philips products, I just don't recommend this one.

Love the clean teeth, but....

I purchased a two pack at Costco last March. One of the units does hold a charge any longer. I expected at least a couple of years.
Pros: great teeth cleaning device
Cons: one unit lasted less than 10 months.

Excellent and surprising

I received this product free in return for my review of the product. I was a little unsure about this toothbrush at first. The head was so small I didn't think it would clean well. I was wrong! I love it! It cleans well and gets into all the little crevices. My teeth feel smooth and clean without out any issue and very little pressure needs to be applied. It keeps great power and is easy to charge. The only complaint I have is that it is a little more difficult to travel with than a battery powered brush. Just because you have to remember to bring the charging station with you.
I would recommend this to a friend!
