I love the immensely clean feeling you get using this product. I never feel like I missed anything or have to scrub hard. I do wish the head was bigger, to me personally it feels a little small and doesn't fit enough toothpaste.

Such an improvement over the prior model. No more water collecting areas as the handle is solid. Not overly heavy , but balanced in the hand, with a smaller head. Happy with this purchase
Pros: smaller overall design, no more water trapping handle design, easy on off button
Cons: wish the heads were a bit larger, expensive brush heads, more color needed to individualize heads

I have used Philips Sonicare Diamond Clean toothbrush for years and after its battery died I replaced it with Philips Sonicare 2 Series and it works as well and not as expensive

Only issue I’ve had is while registering it this past January I was told to state what month/year I purchased product. The current year wasn’t even an option. So now my product says I bought it January of 2017.....when I bought it in 2018. So I hope that problem is resolved and maybe someone can update my information. I kept receipt in case I ever run into any trouble. But the product works fabulously and I love the charging.
