when I bump into other teeth it feels like it is grinding them because of the vibration. the jury is still out whether it is helping with the cleaning.

Product is good but it seems brush head is wearing out too soon

I like this brush as it is my first electric brush and I feel my mouth more cleaned and fresh. It says about indicator mark on brush head when it worn out to replace and should last about 3 months but mine is about 1 1/2 months and the replacement mark is almost gone so I am not sure if I got the bad brush head or there is something I am doing wrong while brushing....
Pros: feels very good in the morning after brushing
Cons: seems brush head is wearing out too soon

Cannot be without the sonicare toothbrush

This is my third sonicare toothbrush. Love them. I have even purchased one to have on our boat as I do not feel like I can start my day without brushing with this toothbrush. Would never go back to a manual toothbrush.
Pros: teeth feel so clean-like ya just came from dentist
Cons: wish they lasted longer than 2-2 1/2 years

Have been using this product or 10+ years and have found each unit to die or malfunction around the one year mark. Have never been able to register the product each time due to web site issue’s. However, given my dental issues’s without the product my serious dental issue would be orally out of control. My dentist has told me my decision to use your product has saved my teeth.
