Great product, the dentist has been advising me to get a sonic toothbrush for years now and I had always resisted due to the expense, but I finally broke down and bought one and it really is worth it. The design is great and once I had used it a couple of times all of the instructions made sense (one button to start, stop, and pause, feeling for the brief stops after 30 seconds of use to switch quadrants). Much easier to get a good brushing than an analog toothbrush and very clean teeth every time. My teeth are definitely whiter now than when I started using it.
Pros: extremely clean teeth, more likely to floss if brushing is quicker
Cons: paying more than $2 for a toothbrush hurts

The toothbrush feels a little bit like a rattlesnake in my mouth, and the plastic bits keep rattling against my enamel, and the handle is pretty chunky ... but I have gotten used to that. But the idea that I could write a meaningful review about how this thing has improved my dental health after only a month or two is ridiculous. I hope my 6-month check-up is better, but I don't know that it will be yet.

I was a bit surprised when I first used it as I wasn't expecting the sonic experience...I got it as a gift as I wanted an electric toothbrush. Once I had used it twice I got used to the vibration and I really like the way it cleans my teeth. My wife likes it too, and since this unit only came with one brush I had to go purchase a 3 pack so she'd stop using mine. lol
Pros: cleans well rechargeable.
Cons: none really
