Hard to get used to. My next dentist visit will tell.

Sonicare is very hard to get used to after using a manual and battery operated toothbrush prior to this. It's odd to have to keep the brush in your mouth without spitting for a full 2 minutes and the vibrations can be hard on sensitive teeth I would imagine. I dont feel that the brush freshens breath as well as a manual unless you vibrate your tongue after the 2 minute brush cycle. I'll see if there is less scaling at my next dentist appointment and reserve full judgement until then.
Pros: removes particles from teeth well
Cons: vibrations may be rough on sensitive teeth

Overall the Sonicare Series 2 Plaque Control toothbrush is a good toothbrush. I had the flex care in the past & it seems comparable it. It leaves your teeth feeling clean & is gentle on your gums. Two things I would change are adding the quad pacer. Without it I am always surprised when it shuts off, often have to turn it back on to brush all of my teeth. The other, it seems a bit louder than other models.
Pros: provides a good cleaning for your teeth
Cons: no quad pacer

This was a gift and I could not be happier with it. My teeth feel very clean when I am finished. Much better than using a regular toothbrush or other battery powered toothbrushes. Will not be without one of these brushes in the future!

This toothbrush is not very effective. I had a different model before (obviously a higher quality one) I wish I had known there was such a large difference in how well the different models clean. I will not buy this model again.

Very noisy unable to use when everyone is sleeping in the house.Wish I knew it before purchasing it I wouldn't have purchased it.On the other hand my teeth feel very clean after using.
Pros: teeth feel very clean
