AT THIS TIME NOT VERY DEPENDABLE

my 2nd phone and going back today. first would lock up and short out the battery case would become hot. returned it and second locks up and shuts down no way to reboot it other than to remove the battery. i like features but hopefully they will work out the bugs
Pros: camera/video quality, good for texting, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, durability, freezes, small keys, software bugs

this phone is terrible

the lg incite is so SLOW. and it is too confusing. it is very hard to text on and the lettering is so small on the today screen that it is so hard to press. when you press something it goes to something totally different. when i flip it to the side the screen does not turn to the side it stays in the taller mode. and when its normal, the screen is in landscape mode. it is so annoying. i am getting rid of this phone tomorrow and getting a different phone. i do not recommend this to anyone.
Pros: battery life, games
Cons: bulky/heavy, freezes, small keys

I got this phone around spring break and by the end of april it was already a piece of junk. The battery life is terrible, a full day is really pushing it. The touch screen will slowly stop reconginzing where you are touching the screen at. It also freezes almost every 20 minutes of consistent use. The only good thing is how it displays your texts, it shows them like its a IM conversation. Do not waste your money on this!

The only thing that I would say is this phone needs a louder ring tone. Great touch screen that vibrates when it accepts your touch, easy to learn because it has windows and it even comes with a speaker phone. Love That! Very cool phone and I have had it for a good 5 months!! Best camera offered with the highest clarity.

Phone freezes and changes screens on its own

The main issue with this phone is that is powers off and will not restart without doing a reset or master reset. Other than that I think it is very difficulf to use and the screen moves to another screen on its own.
Pros: battery life
Cons: freezes, operating system, poor navigation, software bugs

I really dont like this phone, I thought this would have been better than my blackberry but it surely isn't. It's hard to use and shuts off very often.

have loved lgs in the past. but this one is a disappointment. after first couple of weeks phone started freezing and has gotten worse since then. my daughter has had to restart her phone several times a day just while doing text messages and will freeze when trying to answer the phone. she loves the wi-fi and all the other apps but not worth it when it constantly freezes. also hard to hear her on the phone, don't know if it is a mic problem.

I am really disappointed in this phone

When I went to upgrade i didn't like most of the choices. I bought this one because it had some touch features.. I wanted to return it at first but stuck with it because of the bubble game.. that is so lame.. MISTAKE..I don't like that the screen has gotten all scratched up from regular use. That bothers me the most. It is difficult to answer if you are in a compromised situation. I can't see the screen in the sun. I need to be seated and paying attention to text.. it would be a nice phone for using at a desk. where you can set it down and use it like a typewriter.. But I am really mad at myself for getting it.. Many times it just shuts off. When it is in my pocket the volume or something changes.. It is just annoying. It is NOT convenient. Charge doesn't last very long.. This a POOR purchase. It is not for a person on the go. Also I don't like that I can't set it up the way I want to make it personal. Takes a long time to turn on... It looks saavy but it isn't worth it..
