great phone

I have had every phone on the market pda's and smartphones i have always like working with windows mobile that was the reason for going with another windows based op the 6.1 is great i have had this phone now for about 3 months and have not had any trouble at all. the wi-fi is great and was very easy to use I also liked the fact that it was smaller than the i-phone and can do everything the i-phone can do I love it and would buy again
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, menus, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: they need more apps for this phone

Worst phone ever!

I HATE THIS PHONE! I decided to splurge on a nice phone and decided to go with the LG Incite. Unfortunately this phone has been the worst phone I have ever owned. It freezes so much that I have had to completely clear my memory twice in the last six months. The battery constantly tells me that my phone is low in battery when I have just charged it for hours.
This phone also failed me in an emergency, I had to call 911 and when i needed my phone the most, it wouldn't let me dial 911. I had to use someone elses phone.
There are certain times in the day where I can't use my phone (9AM, 4PM, and 10PM) these are the times that my phone refuses to work.
The touch feature is the worst. There are times where I touch the screen in one spot and it opens something that is in the opposite corner. This is honestly the worst phone if you are willing to pay this much for a phone just go for something else
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An excellent PDA for a very reasonable price!

This is my second Windows Mobile smartphone, the first being the Samsung Jack. The LG Incite easily overcomes its few shortcomings (WM 6.1 vs WM 6.5) with its positives. I can manipulate Microsoft files with ease. 3G coverage is perfectly adequate with no dropped calls. The browser works great, and unlike some reviews here, my operating system has never locked up. Menus are logical and well placed. Media player skins would be nice when playing music, but not having them isn’t the end of the world. I do not use the stylus that came with the phone. I use the tip of my pen or a paperclip if I need to text something of length. Otherwise, my fingernail gets me by just fine. Lastly as to battery life, remember this is a smartphone that if used heavily throughout the day, will no way last twenty-four hours like a “regular” cell phone does. My average is nine hours before it needs a full charge again. I have a wall charger at home and work, as well as a car charger, so battery life is no big deal for me.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable, very nice screen
Cons: battery life, small keys

I bought this phone for my husband on 1/12/09 and he adores it, its masculine yet playful he likes it especially because he gets to use it as a Mp3 when he is at work. The battery life is great for example he has it on all day and night it never turns of unless its dead and it last for about a week with out charging. All i can say that this cell phone is great. It almost like a mini computer to carry all over. the perfect gift. Dont think it twice get it

Well when i first got the phone iwas excited just because of how cool it looked. It took me a while to get used to the touchscreen. Then my phone started to die. I then charged it overnight and it lasted about six hours without me even texting or talking on it. Im considering buying an extra battery just in case i go on the road and cant charge it. Other than that i love the phone and its features especially the windows mobile with power point and word. It allows me to do last second things before school... And the touchscreen while texting is kind of annoying because you can easily touch the wrong button but i still love the phone.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, volume level

this is the best phone ive ever had! the features and touch screen are amazing! I can get on the internet and dowloads tons of music and graphics. if you are looking 4 a new phone, this is the one you need!

I just got this phone a week ago..and so far..i love it...there are so many different ways you can use this phone......I love the big screen...its easier to see and its fun to use.....I constantly find myself playing with my phone.....Its very sleek looking.....everything about this phone is great...its kind of hard to use at fist though..the only con would be the limited memory..but you can always purchase a memory card for this phone.....that is def worth to have more memory..and a great phone

Ive had this phone since about February. I didn't want the iphone so I decided to get this. It freezes, the speaker when the phone rings is messed up, pushes the wrong buttons. bad phone overall
