its a pretty good phone

all in all this phone is pretty good. Not great but good. it has an extremely nice camera and good battery life. This phone tends to freeze and sometimes it gets aggravating. If your the kind of person that depends on there phone 24.7 then i would not recommend this phone for you. if you are the type of person that likes to text and make occasional phone calls 4 or 5 times a day this phone will be great for you. Also this phone does not work well for people with fat fingers
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, tools
Cons: freezes, limited memory, small keys
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is the worst phone i have ever had! at least once a day it freezes up. I got a case for it so it wouldn't get scratched up and the case is what gave it scratches. If i tried to take a picture it would never turn out right because you have to hold the button down for like 5 minutes!! When i try to choose an icon it doesnt go to that place it just stays on the home screen. Half of the time when i try to go to my messaging it doesnt let me. i usually have to wait forever or shut the phone off for a while to be able to go back to it. which is annoying because it takes a LONG time for the phone to shut off then turn back on. i would highly recommend that you DON'T get this phone!!
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, freezes, operating system, volume level, camera
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful phone, but not user friendly

I just purchased my INCITE 3 days ago. I have decided that I need to return it and go with something else. The Incite has a beautiful look to it with the mirror finish but I quickly discovered that it is VERY difficult to use. Texting is difficult because the keyboard takes most of the screen and you cannot see what you are typing. Also, this phone is not accurate when you use your fingers and are forced to use the silly stylus. Also it is nearly impossible to use the internet without the stylus.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: freezes, operating system, small keys
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this phone!!!!

This phone does sooo many different things and yes you can assign ring tones to phone book entries but the contacts have to be saved to the phone rather than the SIM card. The mp3 player works great. The camera and video are awesome. The phone has froze on me a couple of times when I first started learning how to use it so I suspect it had as much to do with me not knowing what I was doing yet as it did with software bugs. All I ever had to do was a soft reset and it was fine.
Once I noticed the sound wouldn't go up as loud as usual but a soft reset took care of that too. I have noticed I have to touch a little up and to the right to hit the spot I want on the touchscreen at times but once you get used to that its not so bad.
It can be complicated to learn and if you are a first time user or don't have the patience to take the time needed to learn the phone then this is not the phone for you. If you like lots of features and way cool stuff and are willing to take the time to learn the phone then this is a great choice!
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, games, good for texting, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, small keys
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Practical for the average person
on June 30, 2009

I have had the phone for 4 weeks and refuse to use it any longer. It has a stylus that is not even part of the phone. I have it attached to the phone with the string, which dangles from the phone obnoxiously. The screen is difficult to maneuver around on if you try to use your fingers. You can forget using this phone while you are trying to multi-task. If your not fully focused on what you are doing and not using the stylus you can forget it. The battery does well I will admit, it lasts a good amount of time, and it has some neat games on it. The memory is also so small, you can store maybe 4 pics on the phone. I would see this phone being great for someone who does business and needs to check their email often. This phone is like a hand held computer, but for an average person like me who just wants to text and take pics on it, not a great selection.
Pros: battery life, games
Cons: freezes, limited memory, operating system, small keys, volume level

The Greatest Ever

i love this phone. i had since january and had no problems. i did however dropped in some water, but after two hours it was working perfectly fine. the only problem i have is that the screen gets all crazy and not work, but after you align it, it's back to perfect. i drop it all the time and it works. texting is a breeze after you learn how to work it.THIS IS THE BEST PHONE EVER.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: screen gets messed up

the LG Incite is a really great phone if you a firstimer for touchscreen phones. it gives you an easy keypad for texting. i've had mine for about 6-7 months now and i still enjoy it. i also enjoy the fast internet, too. nice with an icon to ajust the zooming. altho i envy others with lighter and more easy-to-use phones. the cons are that the landscape texting keypad are very difficult to use. they are always pressing somthing else. another problem is the GLOSS. YOU CANNOT USE IT VERY WELL WITH THE REFLECTING SCREEN. but overall, it is a very nice phone.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, good for texting, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: small keys
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great little PDA pohone
on June 7, 2009

Had the thing a few weeks. seems a great little PDA phone for the price. The screen is a little smallish. Took the one fellow's advice and upgraded to .NET 3.5. Have not had any performance issues. I'm still getting use to it, but it's pretty easy. Battery lasts good. Screen is readable. The keyboards are manageable, but I recommend you don't rely on using only your fingers. It was designed with the use of a stylus in mind. The Stylus is the only con I have listed. It comes in a separate mascara-type tube that you CAN attach to the phone. I put it on my keychain instead.
Pros: battery life, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: stylus
