The worst phone EVER

From software issues to shutting down for no reason, this phone has it all. Not very functional for on the go use, considering the ultra small buttons.
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: freezes, operating system, small keys, software bugs, volume level

This phone is a waste of your time and money. The phone constantly freezes up and the battery does not last long. I have to turn my phone off three to four times a day to make it work.
Cons: battery life, freezes, poor navigation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When using the QWERTY to text there is not much space to see what you are typing. There is a delay in change of layout of phone. You are not able to customize ringtones even if you are able to down load MP3 ringtones. Voice command is poor, phone freezes alot, I had to send it back to the company (ACN not AT&T) after 20 days, it's now been 6 months and the battery won't charge. I have to reset the phone quit often, once a week. AT&T service has been exceptional.
Pros: menus, speaker, sleek design, touch screen
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, freezes, poor navigation, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST PHONE I EVER HAD!

THIS PHONE IS STUPID AND THE REASONS ARE:
1) THE PEN IN WHICH YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO USE ON THE PHONE IS ATTACHED TO THE SIDE OF THE PHONE BY A STING WHICH MAKES IT LOOK CHEAP. I NEVER USE THE PEN WHICH DOESN'T WORK WELL ON THE SCREEN ANYWAY BUT I USE MY FINGERS. THIS PHONE IS SO HARD TO OPERATE EITHER WAY IT DOESN'T WORK WELL.
2) IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME.
3) I WILL TRY TO GO TO ONE THING AND SOMETHING ELSE THAT I DIDN'T EVEN PRESS WILL POP UP INSTEAD.
4) A LOT OF THE TIME WHEN SOMEONE CALLS IT WILL NOT SHOW THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO ISCALLING ME..IT'S LIKE HALF OF THE INCOMING CALL POP UP IS CUT OFF.
5) THE SCREEN FLIPS FROM SIDE TO SIDE BUT WHEN YOU RE TRYING TO SHOW SOMEONE A PICTURE IT WILL KEEP FLIPPING THE OPPISITE WAY AND IT'S SO ANNOYING!
ANYWAYS..I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PHONE!

DO NOT BUY!!!!

I went from an iPhone to this, big mistake. without the stylus the screen is useless, not finger touch friendly, even w/ the stylus it doesn't align. Screen keeps shutting down, don't like the time clock, very difficult to use text msg & it screwed up my contact list when transferred from my iphone. It's only been 3 days & it's going back tomarrow! I could go on & on...buying a new iphone to replace my old one....

Cons: battery life, operating system, small keys, everything

Do Not Buy This Phone

This phone is the worst phone I have ever owned. It didn't even last me a year. My mom has the same phone and it quit working also. The touch screen never works right and it freezes up way too often. Save yourself the money and do NOT buy this phone!
