THIS PHONE IS TERRIBLE... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE... I GOT IT WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND IM STILL HAVIN THE SAME PROBLEM THE SCREEN IS ALWAYS FREEZING THIS PHONE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY WANT FOR IT
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use
Cons: freezes, operating system, poor navigation, software bugs

Great phone.

The phone itself is great. But the battery life doesnt last that long. i would recommend the phone to a friend. The display is very pretty.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, small keys

Junk - don't buy

Very poor software design makes it difficult to use. Eg. when you hit a phone tree and have to input a number, the number pad has disappeared and the screen is blank. To enter the number you have to tap the screen, usually 2-3 times, then hit a button to get the number pad bak - by which time the phone tree has gone on to other things. Not compatible with imac. Almost impossible yo program music. Altogether, a horrible mistake.

Not worth it

I have had this phone for 6 months. The performance of the touch screen has slowly deteriorated. The stylus can barely work. Forget looking at the display in daylight. The bluetooth does not always connect to my SYNC in my car.
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: camera
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is probably the worst designed phone I have ever used. Period. And I've used Nokia, Motorola and Blackberry.
The phone is downright sluggish and unresponsive. It doesn't know if it wants to be a touch screen phone or a stylus phone since you need both.
My biggest complaint is with Windows Mobile 6.1. It is just a poorly designed piece of software that looks like it was patched together.
Pros: speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: operating system, poor navigation, small keys, small fonts, unresponsive

At first I loved this phone but 3 months down the line it started freezing and pressing the wrong keys on it's own.
Pros: camera/video quality
Cons: freezes, small keys, bad for texting
