I got this phone about a week ago and this phone is amazing it has so many features on it i still haven't figured out everything on it. the camera and video quality could be better but its still not bad, i really like the picture quality. and i kinda wish the screen wasn't so shiny but its still amazing. the battery has lasted for three days straight with me using it, its so good alot better then my motorolla. the wi-fi is really great easy to use and hase a full html browser its awesome.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
I would recommend this to a friend!

THE WORST PHONE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT

DONT BE FOOLED BY ITS AMAZING STYLE BECAUSE THATS ALL THAT IS AMAZING ABOUT THIS HUNK OF JUNK. I HAD THE HTC8525 BEFORE THIS PHONE AND WELL THE REPLACEMENT IS LIKE 350.00 MORE THEN I WANTED TO SPEND. I CANT EVEN USE MY MUSIC AS RINGTONES. IT WONT SYNC TO MY COMP. AND WELL THERE IS ABOUT 250 MORE RIDICULOUS BUGS. TALK ABOUT LG MAKING A BAD MOVE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT UP UNTILL NOW!!!!.

Very Disapointed

I got the phone about 3 months ago and it’s been very disapointing. At first glance it seems like a great phone with all the features and capabilites people are looking for. But after using it for a while I realized I should have returned it. It’s design is too small and not user friendly. I’ve read all the tips and tricks to try and make it better but in the end it just a below average smart phone that’s not easy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

touch screen= AWFUL (it freezes)
dont ever buy such a piece of GARBAGE like the Incite!!
beleive me!!!! buy another LG phone like the "LG Xenon"

i had got the quickfire for christmas and it was not a good phone so i took it back and got this phone its a good phone the battery is pretty good and i just like this phone

Battery often would not hold charge for full day

Unless you want to charge this phone more then once a day, don't buy it. While it had the features, using them was often not intuitive. Battery life was awful. I traded battery for different one and had same problem. I traded for samsung epix and it am very happy.
