it is the slowest phone ever dont ever get it. now i have a Samsung Impression, it is so much better.
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs, volume level
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST PHONE EVER BUILD

FREEZES ALL THE TIME, IT TAKE MORE THAN 1 MINUTES TO DIAL A NUMBER. ALL WINDOW MOBILE OPERATION ARE THE WORST. DONT BUY PHONE THATS OPERATE THEM.
Cons: battery life, freezes, operating system, poor navigation

Hard to use

I got the phone as a upgrade and I wish I had never upgraded. The touchscreen is impossible. It flips from landscape to portrait view without me even moving the phone. Texting is a joke. I wish it had a qwerty keypad. On top of all that it takes a few times before the screen realizes that i am touching it. To find the features you have to go through so many different files, it's confusing. I tried adding ringtones and I couldn't even figure that out. I gave up. This phone should be discontinued and taken off the market.

this is my 2nd phone with this particular phone & yes it does freezes sometimes but i like the conversation style of the messaging and i do kinda like the phone, but it has some cons along with it to though
Pros: tools
Cons: battery life, freezes

extremely slow.

This phone has the potential to be a very nice phone however the Microsoft software makes the phone extremely slow. Texting is hard as well and the screen is impossible to see in sunlight.

this phone is very complicate at first,after about a week it is simple,i love the fast wifi,texting is fast and easy, battery is okay, it looks great and battey life is okay,needs to charge every night--love the camera too
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
